Need your softball fix? The Texas Tech softball team has your back.

The Red Raiders will have a 17-day scrimmage schedule on Sunday at Rocky Johnson Field. Texas Tech will host 16 scrimmages over the next five weeks (15 of them being intrasquad contests) and have a trip to West Texas A&M on Oct. 5.

The scrimmages are free to attend.

Texas Tech is preparing for another run at the Women's College World Series after falling to Texas in the winner-take-all Game 3 of the championship series in June. NiJaree Canady headlines a loaded group that'll try to finish the job in 2026.

Joining Canady are fellow returners Mihyia Davis, Lauren Allred, Alana Johnson, Chloe Riassetto, Victoria Valdez, Samantha Lincoln, and Hailey Toney, along with role players Makayla Garcia and Logan Halleman.
