Look to the skies if you’re in The Wildwoods today because you just might see some aerial acrobatics. The reason? It’s practice day for The Thunder Over the Waves Airshow main event on Saturday.
Although no specific practice schedule has been published, the flying will likely take place from noon to 3 p.m. today to prepare for Saturday’s show.
Tomorrow’s main event will feature three hours of aerobatics and precision flying.
The free event is being presented by the Greater Wildwoods Tourism and Improvement Development Authority and produced by David Schultz Airshows.
The Schultz team is comprised of professional air bosses, airshow announcers, ground operations staff, and many others who work behind the scenes.
