A woman was arrested in south Manchester on suspicion of possession with intent to supply after police found more than 3,500 tablets in her vehicle.
Greater Manchester Police's (GMP) Tactical Vehicle Intercept Unit arrested the 45-year-old woman in the early hours of Friday morning after spotting the vehicle at around 3am.
She has been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class B and C drugs, after the vehicle was spotted on Barlow Moor Road, south Manchester.
According to GMP, the vehicle had travelled from London and had information that it may be linked to drug supply.
The officers requested the car to pull over on Princess Road and instigated the search of the vehicle.
