MANCHESTER — The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet advises motorists intermittent rolling roadblocks will take place on I-75 northbound and southbound lanes (mile points 23.2-28.9) in Laurel/Whitley counties beginning this Monday until Friday, October 31.

The intermittent rolling roadblocks will take place Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. They are needed to due to blasting operations.
