COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) confirmed on Friday that its SWAT team is responding to a scene on Dublin and Academy Boulevard.

CSPD tells 11 News the incident started as a disturbance call that came in at 12:30 p.m. Officers are now attempting to make contact with a suspect.

Police say a weapon is possibly involved.
