MADERA COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A 38-year-old man, currently on Post Release Community Supervision, was arrested after multiple thefts were reported in the Madera County community of Riverstone, according to the Madera County Sheriff's Office.

Officials say they received multiple reports of vehicle burglaries and thefts from unlocked vehicles in the Riverstone area between August 28 and September 2.

According to the sheriff's office, the five incidents involved the theft of a firearm, bow releases, grooming tools, a tool kit, vehicle keys, a stereo, mail, and other property. Deputies say they were able to link the cases and identify a black SUV involved in the incidents due to home surveillance footage.
