MANCHESTER, N.H. —

Some East Coast states are looking to coordinate vaccine recommendations because of changing guidance from federal health officials, but New Hampshire is the only New England state that's not participating.

Massachusetts is working to organize a bipartisan coalition of states to band together and coordinate recommendations for vaccines.

In May, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said COVID-19 vaccines are no longer recommended for healthy children and pregnant women, a move that drew immediate and widespread criticism from doctors and health officials.
