The Garnet Fire has grown to over 33,000 acres in eastern Fresno County.

Firefighters have the blaze 14% contained, as of Friday afternoon.

There are currently 1,814 total personnel on the scene assisting in firefighting efforts.

Officials reported Friday morning that the fire remains on the eastern edge of the Dinkey Creek Drainage and has moved north and west past Indian Rock.

Evacuation orders have been issued for zones K27, K28, K30, K31, K32A and K40. Evacuation warnings have been issued for zones K29, K32B, K41, K61A, K74, K85, K160 and K166.
