VILLAGE OF HIGHLAND, Wis. (WKOW) — The Iowa County Sheriff's Office has released the name of the man who is accused of causing a disturbance on Isabell Court earlier this week .
Seth Jacob Venden, 42, of Highland, was arrested for possession with intent to deliver THC, terrorist threats and five counts of disorderly conduct.
A shelter in place order was issued Sept. 2 around 8 p.m. It lasted for about an hour and a half while a Grant County Sheriff's Office sergeant worked on a peaceful resolution.
Venden was taken into custody that night.
