TYLER, Texas (KETK) -- The Tyler Film Festival is coming back Sept. 12 and Sept. 13, showcasing student and independent short films at the Liberty Hall Theater in Downtown Tyler.

The two-day festival presents short films that are no longer than 15 minutes with a Q&A session with filmmakers, cast and crew members. Some films will feature mature content and parents are asked to refer to the festival schedule and program guide for film content.

On Friday, Craig O'Daniel, the Film Festival Director, stopped by East Texas Live to talk more about the festival. Tickets can be purchased on their website.
