LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - Several parents are voicing their frustrations against a United ISD elementary school after a mother alleged her daughter was sexually assaulted on campus .

According to the mother, who chose to remain anonymous, “I Knew something was wrong and that something had to happen at school because it just one day she was crying the whole time.”

During the first week of school, the mother claimed her daughter, a student at Roosevelt Elementary School, made an outcry not to return to school after allegedly being sexually assaulted by a fellow student.

The mother stated that she presented her concerns to the campus principal, Sylvia Ruiz, who said they would notify the authorities for investigation. However, she claims that when she followed up, she received no documentati
