TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - The woman who pleaded guilty except insane for a Tucson crash that killed five people has been ordered to 30 years of supervision.
A Pima County judge ordered 34-year-old Malyn Pavolka to go to the Arizona State Hospital for 120 days. At that time, it will be determined if she stays there, or goes to prison.

Malyn Christine Pavolka was arrested on five counts of reckless manslaughter and one count of running from law enforcement following the two-vehicle crash at Camino Verde on Ajo Way on Oct. 21, 2024.
The manslaughter charges were later amended to less serious charges of negligent homicide.
