PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - One of two men accused of using a stolen excavator to break into a bank ATM in Clackamas County pleaded guilty to several charges including theft on Friday.

Matthew Evan Armour, 33, was sentenced to 55 months in prison after pleading guilty to first-degree aggravated theft, two counts of first-degree criminal mischief, and two counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Armours’ other charges were dismissed as part of a plea deal.

Amour and 51-year-old Kevin Owen Miller were arrested following a reported burglary at a U.S. Bank at 11521 SE Sunnyside Road on June 23, according to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office.

The two men allegedly used an excavator to break open an ATM in the bank drive-thru and stole $58,660 before leaving the scene.
