INDIANAPOLIS — The fight to oppose a proposed data center in Franklin Township has just hit another level.

Julie Goldsberry and her fellow members of Protect Franklin Township are sending a loud and clear message with billboards along Interstate 465 and Interstate 65 around Indianapolis. They want help stopping a massive data center from coming to their community.

"We are hoping people who haven't seen us before will hear. The message on the billboard is contact your City-County councilor and tell them to vote no on this," Goldsberry said. "It doesn't matter where you live in Marion County, this is going to affect you. If AES is your electric provider and Citizens provides your water, this is going to affect you."
