A Carlsbad man accused of distributing child sexual abuse materials was arrested, and authorities said Friday they believe more victims could still be out there.

Officials identified 37-year-old Daniel Bondietti as the account holder of a device used to send and receive sexually explicit images involving children, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department.

Detectives also learned during the investigation that Bondietti was a suspect in another child pornography case from another state. Officials did not provide further details about that case.

Bondietti was taken into custody after the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department served a search warrant at his home and seized several devices, officials said. He was booked into West Valley Detention Center in San Bernardi
