Suspicion: Liberty Road

A caller said Sept. 2 that two suspicious people had entered a home that was listed for sale.

Responding officers found the two getting dressed in a back room that was not accessible to the main house. The man said that he was trying to have sex with the woman and that he had been there before for the same reason.

The owner of the home arrived and confirmed that there was no forced entry. He only asked that the University Heights man, 30, and Dayton woman, 20, be issued trespass warnings.

Assault: South Belvoir Boulevard

A woman was assaulted by her ex-boyfriend at her home Aug. 27 after he got upset that she was looking through his phone.

She said that he slammed her against her car and garage, but she declined medical attention.
