BEREA, Ohio (WKBN) - NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is reporting that the Cleveland Browns have agreed to terms with running back Quinshon Judkins on his rookie contract.

The four-year, fully guaranteed deal is worth $11.4 million.

He is not expected to play in Sunday's season opener but will return to the field as soon as he is ready.

Judkins was arrested in July on charges of misdemeanor battery and domestic violence. However, following an investigation, prosecutors declined to pursue a case against him, concluding that there was "no reasonable likelihood of conviction."

The NFL is still conducting its own investigation and a suspension is still a possibility.
