SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - The Notre Dame football team is off to a 0-1 start to the season after falling at Miami on Sunday night .

It’s Notre Dame’s first loss season-opening loss since the Fighting Irish lost at Ohio State in 2022 during Marcus Freeman’s first season as head coach. The Irish finished 9-4 that year.
