FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - A Fort Wayne resident represented the local Down syndrome community in New York City on Saturday.

Nolan Erdei appeared on the screens of Times Square during the National Down Syndrome Society’s annual Times Square video presentation.

The annual video presentation is a one-hour video of more than 500 photographs of children, teens, and adults with Down syndrome from all 50 states as well as 11 countries.

According to the society, the collection of images highlights individuals with Down syndrome in the most visible way - on two billboards in one of the largest cities in the country and the world.

Nolan’s photo was selected from more than 2,600 entries worldwide submitted to the National Down Syndrome Society.
