MCLEAN COUNTY ( 25News Now ) - Hundreds of people joined together at The Corn Crib in Normal Saturday for the 15th annual Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk to support people with breast cancer.

“This event is a celebration of the strength and resilience of survivors and all people living with metastatic breast cancer,” organizers said on the walk’s website .

Executive Director Jordan Clum said 350 people registered and 100 volunteers helped, with a goal to raise $55,000 for the patient care center and patient financial assistance.

Clum said this mile long walk is a celebration for survivors, and those living with cancer now, adding it is important now to show up for loved ones.
