Malaysia Airlines is set to double down on growth to its key routes across Asia and Oceania, with a new route to Chengdu Tianfu International Airport , in addition to increased frequencies to destinations across South East Asia, China, New Zealand, and Australia. The Malaysian flag carrier also unveiled a significant enhancement to its onboard offering, as per an annoucement on September 5, as part of the airline's attendance as the official airline partner and premier sponsor of the Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (MATTA) fair.
Delivering greater connectivity is all part of the carrier's growth strategy, which will see the airline continue its momentous shift to strengthen its regional presence and goal of becoming one of the 'world's top airlines' by 2030.
