SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4) - Happy Sunday, Utah! Things are drying out today as high pressure builds in from the south, pushing the unsettled weather to the north. Lingering moisture could spell a few isolated showers and thunderstorms in the north, but mostly in the Uintas and hugging the Utah-Idaho state line. Apart from that, we're looking at partly cloudy skies in the north and mostly sunny in the south. Most valleys will see temperatures in the mid to upper 80s, higher terrain will be in the mid 70s to low 80s, and hot spots will top out in the upper 80s and low 90s.

Temperatures will warm slightly on Monday, but they'll still be in the same range as Sunday's daytime highs. Monday will feature mostly sunny weather across the state with breezy conditions. It'll be a pleasant start to the
