STEUBENVILLE — When a high school senior athlete is looking at colleges and universities to continue their collegiate career at — both academically and athletically — they want those schools to be up front and honest with them.

That feeling went a long way in Steubenville High School placekicker Cole Bowers deciding to attend the United States Military Academy in West Point, N.Y.
