Josh Allen didn’t give up hope with the Buffalo Bills down 15 points in the fourth quarter. Some fans in Orchard Park did.

The reigning NFL MVP noticed.

“Our team didn’t quit,” Allen told NBC’s Melissa Stark after Buffalo’s 41–40 comeback win over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday Night Football. “I mean, I think there’s people that left the stadium. That’s OK, we’ll be fine, but have some faith next time.”

The NBC broadcast mentioned fans filing out of Highmark Stadium with Buffalo trailing 40–25 and Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry rolling. Then came one of the greatest regular-season rallies in franchise history in the last home opener in the current stadium.
