A popular UK supermarket has announced changes to a number of its stores as it cracks down on crime.
Waitrose is stepping up security measures by rolling out CCTV cameras with live display screens at entrances to some of its stores.
The new system, which shows real-time footage of customers as they walk into and out of stores, is now in operation in more than half of Waitrose's 315 branches across the UK.

Shoppers are greeted by prominent screens displaying their own image alongside a clear warning message: 'recording in progress,' The Express reports.
