State says under its watch, Boston won't run out of ballots tomorrow

WBUR talks to Secretary of State (and Brighton resident) Bill Galvin, whose office basically took over the Boston Election Department after last November's Election Day fiasco, in which several precincts ran out of ballots and nobody picked up the phone at City Hall as increasingly frantic poll workers tried to get help.
