In another one of its "We don't have to tell you why, shut the F up" shadow-docket rulings, the Supreme Court yesterday said it's fine when ICE goes to Home Depots and bus stops and just grabs people whose skin is a bit too dark or who can be heard speaking with an accent with no proof whatsoever that they are, in fact immigrants wanted for some sort of crime.
The ruling, in a case stemming from the regime's invasion of Los Angeles, comes as ICE has descended on Boston with all those spiffy new Dodge Chargers with the "graphic design is my passion" typography.
A federal judge in Los Angeles had said the way ICE just grabbed people based on their skin tone and accent while they were at a Home Depot or waiting for a bus violated the quaint Fourth Amendment, which once required law enforcem
