The other day while riding my class-1 e-mountain-bike along the Rio Grande Trail a group of five very young kids flew by me on class-2 e-road bikes. I see so many kids flying around on these class twos riding in the mall, riding on the wrong side of roads and generally not paying any attention to the rules of the road.
I thought only class-1 e-bikes were allowed, but I’m wrong.
Class-2 e-road-bikes are essentially a motorcycle or Vespa. They don’t have to be pedaled.
It tells me that maybe you don’t understand the three classes of e-bikes.
