The Plaza Parkway shopping center in Lexington has been purchased for $17.5 million by a Raleigh commercial real-estate group, according to a Davidson County Register of Deeds filing.
The property at 15-69 Plaza Parkway sits on 9.64 acres.
The shopping center is anchored by Belk. Other tenants include Dollar Tree, Jersey Mike's Subs, Little Caesars Pizza, Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Planet Fitness, Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt and Tractor Supply Co.
The buyer is Spring Fores 2024 LLC, an affiliate of Property Resources.
The seller is Lexington Parkway Plaza LLC, an affiliate of New South Properties of the Carolinas in Charlotte.
