A pair of Michigan State players earned conference honors for their performances in last week’s 42-40 double-overtime win against Boston College for a feat the program last reached 15 years ago.

Quarterback Aidan Chiles was named the Big Ten’s Co-Offensive Player of the Week on Monday while linebacker Jordan Hall was the Defensive Player of the Week.

This is the first time Michigan State landed the Big Ten’s offensive and defensive players of the week for the same game since 2010 when quarterback Kirk Cousins and defensive lineman Tyler Hoover helped key a win at Northwestern. Additionally, punter Aaron Bates was selected the Big Ten’s Special Teams Player of the Week at the same time.
