Marist University football coach Mike Willis was pleased with the effort but realizes his Red Foxes are going to have to make more plays in order to remain competitive.

Despite holding a 67-yard advantage in total offense and seven-plus minutes in possession time, Marist fell behind by 10 points early to Bucknell , drew to within three on three occasions but no closer as the Bison pulled away to a 34-23 victory before 1,907 at Tenney Stadium on Sept. 6.
