LOST CREEK, W.Va. — In a game that took four days to complete, South Harrison ran the final 8:18 off the fourth-quarter clock with a 13-play, 45-yard, game-sealing drive to defeat Lincoln, 20-19.
Persistent lightning forced the suspension of Friday’s game to Monday. The Hawks led 14-7 with 10:36 to play in the third quarter when play resumed. Just 53 minutes were needed to complete play Monday at Gary Barnette Field.
