FORT SMITH, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Fort Smith police are responding to a motorcycle accident with life-threatening injuries on Massard Road.

According to police, the accident happened on 7900-8400 Massard Road.

Police say accident reconstruction is on the scene, and will have the area closed off for several hours. Drivers are asked to find alternative routes if traveling through the affected area.
