WEST MEMPHIS, Ark. -- An overturned vehicle along the I-40 Hernando DeSoto Bridge had traffic at a standstill for hours early Tuesday.
According to Tennessee Department of Transportation officials, the crash at the Arkansas-Tennessee state line was reported around 12:20 a.m.
The overturned vehicle caused all eastbound lanes coming into Tennessee to be blocked. Around 4 a.m., crews reopened one of the eastbound lanes. However, traffic is still moving slowly.
