HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- Superintendents from across Connecticut are coming together on Tuesday for the annual back-to-school meeting in Hartford.
Several state officials will be there, including the governor.
Superintendents will be celebrating the new school year, and the theme this year is "Unlocking Lifelong Potential."
So what's on the agenda today? There will be a breakfast and a meet and greet, followed by a number of speeches.
In addition to those superintendents, state and local leaders, including the education commissioner, public safety commissioner, and Governor Lamont, are expected to be present.
Speakers will share their goals for the upcoming year, while thanking the superintendents for the work they do each year on behalf of students, educators, and families.
