HOUSTON (KIAH) — A Harris County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) deputy is on administrative duty after shooting a man accused of harassing customers outside a Walgreens according to HCSO investigators.

The incident happened on the Northwest side of Houston on Saturday night. According to reports, the man refused to stop when police attempted to detain him.

The man was shot in the leg when the taser wasn't effective.
