LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- A Las Vegas Ethiopian church met with neighbors for the fourth time to address parking and safety concerns after seemingly over 600 cars parked on their streets.

During a neighborhood meeting at the Otonomous Hotel, representatives for The Hamere Noah Kidane Mihret & Saint Michael Ethiopian Orthodox Church addressed rural neighbors’ concerns on traffic, safety, and compatibility. The church previously caught attention when hundreds of cars packed the community for a holiday event.

Church representatives listed 14 proposed conditions for the expansion proposed for the property, which would see a nearly 250% increase in parking capacity and a new facility that could hold up to a thousand people.
