LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- An 81-year-old man has died from injuries in a July crash involving three vehicles in the south Las Vegas valley.

The crash happened just after 9:25 a.m. on July 9 along West Sunset Road, west of the intersection with Dean Martin Drive.

A 2014 Ram was stopped behind a 2017 Porsche Macan at a marked stop sign when a 2012 Lincoln traveling east on Sunset failed to stop and hit the back of the Ram, pushing it into the Porsche, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

Emergency crews rushed the driver of the Lincoln and a passenger in the Ram to the hospital. On Sept. 3, police said the Clark County Coroner’s Office said the Lincoln driver, Raymond Beranek, 81, died from his injuries on Aug. 10.
