HUNTINGTON, Ind. (WPTA) - Chris Ehrhart, a graduate of Harmony Home, said he would have never made it to where he is now without the non-profit.
“I didn’t let off the gas in my addiction, so I haven’t in my recovery, either,” Ehrhart said.
Ehrhart said he contacted Harmony Home after recognizing he was in a dark place.
“I was used to running and gunning, and shoving things in my arm and that nature,” Ehrhart said. “And Harmony Home is very structured, so I wasn’t able to just do whatever I wanted.”
But Ehrhart wasn’t always as motivated as he is now. “I was looking for a reason to get high,” Ehrhart said. “But one day it just clicked.”
He said the people at Harmony Home were constantly pouring into him, which helped him find a new path. Now, he helps others who are struggling to find
