BRISTOL, Va. (WJHL) — U.S. Magis International, the owner of the former Virginia Intermont (VI) College campus in Bristol, Virginia, has addressed several issues at the property, according to the city manager.

On Aug. 19, the City of Bristol demanded that China-based U.S. Magis take certain actions within 15 days at the property. Among those actions were demands that U.S. Magis secure the property, hire licensed professionals and mow the grounds.

The city warned U.S. Magis that it would pursue legal action if those actions were not taken.

Bristol, Virginia City Manager & City Attorney Randall Eads told News Channel 11 on Tuesday that the company had complied with those actions.
