WARRICK COUNTY, Ind. (WEVV) — The case has been closed against three members of the Warrick County Commissioners who were arrested in 2024.

In Feburary 2024, Indiana State Police officials said all three Warrick County Commissioners - Terry Phillippe, Dan Saylor, and Robert Johnson - were arrested on charges of official misconduct and false informing. Out of the three, Phillippe was also charged with felony perjury.

In August, charges against Saylor and Johnson were dismissed.

During a bench trial held Tuesday, Phillippe was found not guilty of official misconduct and false informing. The perjury charge against Phillippe was also previously dismissed.

Phillippe currently serves as the District 2 Commissioner for Warrick
