MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Police released footage showing the moment a suspect stole a gun from a man outside an Oakhaven market.

Memphis Police (MPD) said it happened around 2 a.m. Aug. 31 outside Counterline Grocery on Tchulahoma Road. Footage released by police shows a masked suspect — dressed in all black — walk up to a group of men outside the market before he snatched the gun and ran off.

MPD said the suspect drove off from the scene.
