Fall agenda : Ohio lawmakers are back from summer break with property tax reform at the top of both parties’ to-do lists. They’ll also face a September deadline to pass a new congressional map and continue wrestling with how to regulate recreational marijuana and intoxicating hemp. Then there were three : Cuyahoga Community College is the third public college or university in the state to cite state Senate Bill 1 for eliminating degree programs. The school is slashing 30 associate degrees. Ohio University and the University of Toledo are also in cutting mode, Laura Hancock reports .
