EUGENE, Ore. – Our Pet of the Week, Kendal, is a silly, smart, and sweet young lady who would love to make her final approach in landing her forever home!

According to the Greenhill Humane Society, Kendal was seen running around for months at the Eugene Airport before being safely captured and brought to the shelter, but by no means is she a flighty gal. This five-year-old, 63-pound German Shepherd mix has gotten reacquainted with normal dog life and is looking to be the queen of her castle in a kitty-free home. As Kendal is still initially nervous around new people, her ideal family would include kids 12 years and older, staffers said. Kendal is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her vaccinations prior to adoption.
