A mainstay in the online sports betting space, DraftKings Sportsbook will unsurprisingly be one of the first sports betting platforms available when Missouri sports betting launches Dec. 1, 2025.

The Missouri Gaming Commission announced DraftKings as one of two sportsbooks to earn an “untethered” sports betting license, along with Circa Sportsbook.

DraftKings was always going to be launching in Missouri. It’s the most widely available sportsbook in the U.S. with a roughly 34% market share. But more than that, it was one of the biggest financial supporters of Amendment 2 , which is how Missouri sports betting was legalized.
