NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) — As the number of mosquitoes that test positive for West Nile Virus continues to rise, the New York City Department of Health will conduct another round of pesticide spraying.

The Department of Health's data shows that over 1,200 mosquitoes have tested positive across the five boroughs since July. The most positive hits have come in Queens, according to officials.

While the number of positive mosquitoes has risen gradually, only two human cases have been confirmed, both coming in Queens.

The next round of sprayings will be conducted in parts of Brooklyn and Staten Island, officials announced. Here's when and where:
