ST. MARTIN, Miss. (WLOX) - To achieve wins on Friday, the work must be put in on Monday.

Through two weeks of St. Martin football , those wins have been achieved in part due to the work put in by quarterback Seth Crockett .

Crockett’s only a sophomore, but he has the Yellow Jackets on a hot streak, winning back-to-back road games to open the season.

While quarterbacks often get all the glory for a team’s success, it’s those around him that get Crockett ready to play each and every Friday.

“My teammates fire me up every day, and my coaches,” Crockett said. “They motivate me to come out there and give it my all every day, and they give it their all too.”

The motivation seems to have worked with Crockett coming off his second consecutive game with five total touchdowns.
