CORVALLIS, Ore. - The City of Corvallis has introduced Corvallis Connect, a new online service portal designed to streamline how residents report issues and engage with city services.

Corvallis city officials said that this platform builds on the existing 'Report a Problem' service, allowing residents to report issues like potholes and clogged drains while providing a dashboard to track the status of their requests.

Corvallis Connect enhances customer service by enabling residents to create accounts for tracking requests and offering a menu of common issues for easy reporting. City staff can manage reports more efficiently, assigning them to relevant work groups and sending automated updates.
