(FOX40.COM) — Norberto Celerino, 53, of Stockton, is being charged with multiple felonies after allegedly murdering six passengers who were in his van when it crashed in Napa County on Sunday evening. • Video above: How to report a public safety threat
Celerino is facing six felony counts of gross vehicular manslaughter while being intoxicated and a felony count of driving under the influence causing injury with two or more prior DUI convictions, according to the Napa County District Attorney's Office.
Napa County Sheriff's Office has identified 2 out of 6 victims who died in the crash as Loreto Richardo Hernandez, 42, of Stockton and Fernando Sliverio, 34, of Stockton.
