Good morning! We are kicking off our Wednesday with cool, crisp temperatures in the 50s. After a comfortable start, temperatures are expected to climb into the mid 80s this afternoon. Plenty of sunshine is on tap for today, continuing our nice stretch of early September weather! Temperatures will reach the upper 80s on Thursday, beginning a warming trend that will continue into next week. High pressure will build to our west, bringing above-average temperatures back to the Southeast. Highs will clip the 90s on Sunday and could reach as high as 93 degrees early next week. Summer isn’t done just yet.

Rain chances are slim to none over the next 7 days. There could be a few showers in the higher elevations early next week, but valley locations are going to remain dry.
